The ranks.

Pee-wee is not yet a member of The Outset. A Pee-wee must show that he has decent role playing skills and knows the rules.
Pee-wee has no right to claim The Outset as his set. When a higher ranked member decides that a Pee-wee is ready, he will be
initiated. To show your role playing skills to higher rank members.

A Baby Gangsta after his initiation in the gang receives a reasonable sum of cash* and is now representing The Outset. It means
that a Baby Gangsta has to obey the server rules, gang and faction rules, must not offend other factions OOC'ly. If you mess up and give The Outset
a bad name, we have a strict policy for that now.
If a Baby Gangsta wants to rank up, he must roleplay to best of his abilities and be ready to "put in work" for the gang. Contact higher ranked
members for this (do this in-character).

Gangsta is a respected member of The Outset and has shown his loyalty. Underbosses and The Boss promote a Baby Gangsta to Gangsta.

Original Gangsta is has shown his dedication to The Gang and helped the gang both, in character and out of character.
Original Gangsta must help lower rank members to improve their role play. Also, they can scout for new members and take someone "under his wing".

Underboss is the right hand man of The Boss. Underboss has the right to organise attacks, arrange business deals, have "sit downs" with other
factions and make important decisions.
There is a limit of 2 Underbosses for our Faction.

The Boss. The name says it all. The Outset is his playground and The Boss may do anything with the gang, but still must obey the server rules.

Associate is trusted by The Boss and other members, but is either other ethnicity, a member of other (usually legal) faction or simply doesn't want to tie himself to the gang's role play so tightly.
