Well I kinda agree on this,but , I think, suggestion should be something like this:
Everyone who's higher rank then Gangster MUST recruit new members, and well, role-play, addopt them to our gang rp'....and that's where comes the robing buddy's in, I hope to get myself a crew, or something similar to it. To get crews running IC'ly, but not only for that, to get more members aswell.
